I was trying to make this fic about Finn having her first beer not seem like she was a goodie two shoes, because we all know she wasn’t, but I also don’t want it to seem like she was going to sneak one anyway against her parents rules, but having her father offer her one seemed like he was an enabler somehow and I wanted the theme to be “sweet father daughter moment” at the same time so they could share a beer while watching a baseball game. Anyway it’s a mess.
