I personally prefer Mobrit! Just because I prefer bottom Ritsu in any ship he's in :3 He also gives me HELLA sub vibes just based on the fact that he's a guy with steel control over most facets of his life because for a long time he felt like he had none at all (constant fear will do that to you), but also in the way that he IMMEDIATELY jumped on the chance to ruin his own life at the first opportunity. Plus I just. Don't really agree with the interpretation that Ritsu is a cruel obsessive sadist? Obsessive definitely, but the rest just feels like overkill and it's not my thing, and that's the characterization of Ritsu that I see a lot in Ritmob fics, so it's kinda soured that dynamic for me ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Both of them are CAPABLE of topping and/or bottoming but this is just the one I like to see the most!

Like—that man is absolutely an edgefail lord, okay, but he's also canonically a selfish asshole. Idk how people make him a misunderstood baby but I'm not a fan of it. And it's always tied to him being blind—liKE MOTHERFUCKER HE'S LIKE TOPH BUT WORSE. BEING BLIND IS NOT AN ANGST FACTOR FOR HIM HE JUST LIVES LIKE THAT. I get it being something for people to go "Oh look, Teru is helping him with things he struggles with isn't that sweet and very Good Boyfriend of him" but also. Shimazaki does not see that shit as a disability lmao. He canonically has a mild god complex. "I'm the strongest esper right after the boss and therefore I'm better than you and all of humanity." ass. Teru should've kicked his ass harder. It would've been hot ✨ I think they should fight forever and maybe sometimes fuck and maybe also get coffee between both of those things.

Tsubomob is something that's cute to me, and I like seeing it in the fact that I like seeing Tsubomi walking him like a dog. Tsubomi says jump and Mob says how high. I prefer to add Ritsu in with them beyond aesthetics though, just because they're linked together a lot in canon and I feel like it rounds out their relationship better. Also I feel like Tsubomi likes women more than she likes men, so Tsubomob is unfortunately, as you say, Not Endgame lmao. I feel like making them endgame takes away the impact of what Tsubomi rejecting Mob really represents, which a harder nail in the coffin of "You're the protagonist of your own life, and by default so is everyone else." ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Toiseri.... Ooohhhh toiseriiiiiii that shit fucks SO hard. Toiseri is to me what Reimob is to many others—as in that man groomed him real hard and is ABSOLUTELY using him as a fucktoy if he feels like it. He's not even trying very hard to manipulate him Serizawa just gives him an ungodly amount of power over him by default. Serizawa using Reigen as a stand-in for Toichiro is one of my favorite headcanons 💕 Mans lost his manipulative ex situationship and immediately latched onto what he saw as the next best thing 😭💔 Love that for him tbh. There needs to be more of it I need Toichiro using Serizawa as a footstool asexually and for Serizawa to be hard and trembling about it. Serizawa has to be extra pathetic or it doesn't work 😤

Different idea: Yoichi is the one being rescued by his father. He chose to raise the baby that wasn't a "freak". The child that looks adorable and weak and human. Yoichi gets to have a happy childhood, he's growing up in a wealthy neighbourhood, surrounded by a family that cares, books and stuffed animals, nurses, tutors and nannies that will tend to his every need and he is showered in gifts, love and affection of everyone who has ever laid their eyes on him, meanwhile AFO has to fight tooth and nails to survive in the slums of Japan as he's being hunted down by anti-metahuman organizations. He swears once he has found the family that has abandoned him he is going to torture them to death, every single one of them. But when his clueless baby brother finds him lying injured in a dark alley and shields him with his body against the attacks of others, hugs him and cries for him, tries to nurse his injuries and offers him the other half of his melting popsicle to comfort him, he isn't too sure about his revenge anymore.

I have several questions about this one.

1. Why doesn't AFO get to be a sex worker TOO, why do you think his mother's red light friends wouldn't take care of him as they did Yoichi 😤 He would be an EXCELLENT (murderous) sex worker!!

2. Why does Yoichi go looking for his twin? Did he know about him from birth? Did he just now find out? Or is he still ignorant of the fact that he's not technically an only child and he came across this random injured man/kid in an alley and decided to help just because that's the kind of person he is?

AFO probably knows on instinct who he's looking at when they meet, but I think Yoichi would just feel that pull, that familiarity, and not know where it was coming from. It could very easily be confused for,,,,something else, especially if AFO doesn't tell him that they're twins.

3. How exactly was AFO planning on taking revenge on his family? Are they still young enough that he hasn't accrued many powers yet and thus has very little influence and power? If Yoichi is out of AFO's life, very little (physically) changes for him from canon. He might be bigger, less articulate, because he doesn't have to feed another person when he finds food but Yoichi was also the one who liked to read and tried to find higher meaning in life, but his mannerisms and murder likely stay the same. Yoichi was an emotional crutch, not a practical one.

What was I saying? ...Idk.

ANYWAY—I imagine Yoichi brings his new friend home either way, no matter the age. Though if he's still young then I see Mr. Whatshisface once again banishing the unwanted child from his home, as Yoichi doesn't have much sway in the house while their father is running it. But! If he's older then even as a nepo baby he'd have some sway over who can stay where in what house; AFO could be his permanent guest ✨

Though—this does bring into question what AFO would WANT if he doesn't want revenge; or even if he does, what he's going to do after he's gotten it. In the manga, he only got the idea to take over the world from the comics he and Yoichi were reading together, PLUS his need to care for both himself and Yoichi. But if Yoichi never introduced those comics to him, and Yoichi is taken care of and can supply him with almost whatever he wants, then what would AFO's goals be? Would he just be content to stay with Yoichi like that? Letting Yoichi take care of things, take care of him? It's an interesting thing to consider :3
