lily always hated flowers simply because everyone expected her to love them due to her name. if a boy showed up to a first date with with flowers, or god forbid lilies, in his hand she would just shut the door and go back inside. lorcan was different he didnt show up with flowers and never compared her to one, but one day they were in the forbidden forrest laying under a tree with thousands of little white flowers. without lily noticing he began to place them in her hair and when she stood up none of them fell out. he took a picture from behind and didnt show her until their first year anniversary admitting that that was one of his favorite pictures of her.
