I agreed with a lot of your rant up until you started talking about JT copying Robin. Anyone who is familiar with JT's work knows that he's always been heavily influenced by soul music and the likes of Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack. Anyone familiar with JT and his music would know who his influences are and know that he doesn't try to copy any modern day artists.
I am familiar with Justin’s work, no matter how much you’re trying to imply otherwise, and I’m sure he has been influenced by Frank Sinatra and the like. But there is no denying that The 20/20 Experience is not the kind of music that Justin Timberlake has released in the past.
There have been multiple instances where he has copied another artist. For example, when NSYNC sang with Michael Jackson on his 30th Anniversary Special he literally was watching how Michael was dancing and then imitating the dance moves. After that his style of dance completely changed, before he was just the typical boy band dancer.
Just look at the newly released video for Tunnel Vision which features topless women two months after Robin Thicke’s insanely popular Blurred Lines video which also features topless women.
