yeah, when i first started zoloft i stupidly tried to take them dry a couple of times because i was lazy, and eventually a pill got stuck in my throat and it hurt like hell. i didn't even realize stuck pills could burn your throat i thought just taking it with a lot of water would keep that from happening, but i guess the only real way to prevent it is to take it with food and make sure i dont lay down right after either. otherwise i get the worst heartburn of my life for the rest of the day. it sucks and it's a pain in the ass

yeah it seems like they only really started building houses with central AC up here in the last couple of decades. the house we're in now was built in the 70s so there's nothing we can do but use a few dinky fans and shower constantly. it absolutely sucks and i cant wait for fall

it doesn’t help that he was super tired. Shit always seems worse when you’re exhausted

He needs to cut back on the streams a bit. I know he’s trying to manage his sleep schedule and get funds for the equipment at the same time, but got damn, that’s a long time to be consecutively streaming.
