Tonight was a good rehearsal. We decided to go over Llama for the first time since last time, which is an old crowd favourite from the old days of "gigging". We're also looking into set lists and crowd presence and stuff, so hopefully we can start gigging fairly soon. A good achievement after so far 7 rehearsals. :D
My Acoustic Diary - Burn
I don't think I ever put the final version of this song up. You might remember I posted this about 6 or 7 months ago, saying we wanted to add violins and what not to it.
This is the final product. A girl in the tech class played the violin. It turned out better than we could have hoped for.
Bec actually had tears in her eyes after the first take in the studio, which was a demo. By the end of it, so did I.
I'm on the guitar on this song. Most notable parts for me are the picking at the start and the cool riff in the bridge. After that I just strum. :)
