I would have thought strawberries could grow all year in your climate or close to it. We have strawberry farms in the summer and my grandparents grew some too years ago.

In the mountains/northern provinces in the mountains, yes. I don't know in other parts of the country, though. But in most parts I know of... I don't think so... XP
