Lily Lesser wore this gown as Lady Blanche in the 2018 adaptation of Vanity Fair. Since it was seen on a secondary character and does not appear to be custom tailored to fit, this costume likely originated with an earlier production. The piece was used again in 2022 in The Confessions of Frannie Langton, where Sophie Cookson wore it as Madame Marguerite Benham.
