fears & worries
Rita is a very private person, and her fears are not well known, though they are common to many people. Death is one thing that she fears, especially having lost a parent--life changes so much after such a thing, everything and every accomplishment that you had shifts off, because no matter what’s done, there’s no way to put it back on track, to bring that person back. What she fears more than death, is perhaps dying without leaving her mark--she does not want to pass just like any other person--Rita wants to leave a mark on the world, hopefully in the form of some sort of media empire.
As for worries--generally, they’re all things related to how busy she is. Rita hardly sleeps, is always snooping, constantly writing, and continuously micromanaging her staff members. Is the next issue going to be good? Does my hair look amazing today? Where are my glasses? I swore I put them here? Why hasn’t Gilderoy submitted this week’s column? Where is Xenophilius with their updates on--whatever it is? And, of course, her glasses are generally always on her head, sometimes on her face, one of her staff members are galavanting around while another few have their heads in the cloud--really, what doesn’t Rita worry about?
