✨ Morning all! Wow, I can barely think to write! Got smashed by some sickness I can only think was food poisoning from bad sushi (😭 I love sushi!) all through yesterday, pretty much spent the last 24 hours asleep so this photo is from the day before yesterday. The top arts is finished on my little coin purses! I'm so ready to sew them up but getting on the sewing machine atm I feel like a Titanic survivor trying to climb into the life raft half frozen and dead!! Feeling bit better today, despite a kicker headache! Really keen to get these done though, was my motivation to rest and let this pass, hopefully a painkiller will help and I'll be able to function cos I'm too excited about making these!!! ✨ Bags is underway! First step is making pattern pieces. As each are a different shape they need different size pockets so I'm doing one for each now - later I'll love me for it! Pattern making is kinda therapeutic in a weird way for me, methodical and accurate, a moment of mindfulness. I like lines and measurements, rulers and scissors ☺️🌾✨ I'm working with some of our extra prints from the prayer flags btw! I couldn't help looking at them and asking myself "what else can I do?"
