I remember making a colorin g tutorial but thats way outdated, but youre welcome to have a look i guess Also a pretty neat tutorial for colors that really helped mebut i can show you a lil trick i wish I knew when I started drawing digitally !its pretty simple forgive me if you already know of it 

I usually do this when Im done with a drawing, and not quite happy with the colors, I just play around with it ! you can choose different color for those layers and keep changing the opacity of each layer until it fits just right

May I ask you, how do you line your things? I don't have paint tool sai anymore, Im using clip studio paint but they got similar brushes.... I often see how people use vector lines... but meh. I dunno. ._.' I think my drawings looking always so messy when I tried to line my things. Orz

I usually just clean up my sketches until they’re presentable and on some sections I will do clean lines but rarely will I do completely new lineart. It’s time consuming for me and in my eyes makes my own artwork look rigid.
