Cheese! I happen to be known for a fondness for cheese. Tonight's cheeses are a mellow Cambozola, the remains of a small piece of Limberger (definitely not worthy of its bad boy reputation) and, new to me, Coulommiers Fougerous, a raw triple cream cows milk cheese from Seine-et-Marne region south of Paris. Full flavoured, gooey (it's at peak ripeness), it goes quite well with the ciabatta and chocolate pictured.
