Cheese! I happen to be known for a fondness for cheese. Tonight's cheeses are a mellow Cambozola, the remains of a small piece of Limberger (definitely not worthy of its bad boy reputation) and, new to me, Coulommiers Fougerous, a raw triple cream cows milk cheese from Seine-et-Marne region south of Paris. Full flavoured, gooey (it's at peak ripeness), it goes quite well with the ciabatta and chocolate pictured.
Belgian Hervey! This amazingly rich and creamy cows milk cheese is both sweet and bitter and buttery smooth. Its washed rind is pungent and smells of chocolate and feet!
