Brew #299: Fuller’s Lime Gose

Abv: 4%

Aroma: Lime, hay,

Pour: Slightly opaque light amber with skim reducing

Taste: Beautiful lime wash with creamy malt toffee and citrus cut. Notes of grass and coconut cream. Not as sour as expected but a decent bite, not lip smacking but a mild citrus tartness at the finish. Soft carbonation, watery mouth and aftertaste is lime zest and hint of coconut again, not a bad sip at all.

Notes: 440ml can, hops-Saaz, malt - acidulated, lager, wheat
