You weren't born with the hangups, the fear, the limiting beliefs. You were born INTO them and grew IN them by the company you kept, as even with the best intentions people caution you so much that many times you simply accepted the fear or the "I can't " as true. Change the internal dialogue by over writing it with self belief, faith, and focus. Anything is possible, as long as you depend only on YOU changing. You can create a great deal of your own reality by determining your focus, and choosing what messages you will internalize. Messages are sneaky, you need to be on the look out. Cancel the bad ones, self correct if need be, but always towards where you want to be. Progress in any area is only possible by starting with YOU.
