It usually takes a lot to scare Hollyoaks' Mercedes McQueen, but even she's left shaken when she gets a glimpse of Lindsey Roscoe's sinister side tonight.
Fans are about to see Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) return to the village following her time away - but she's walking straight into big trouble with her friend and love rival.
Mercedes later confides in Esther Bloom about the situation, paving the way for a big new storyline twist which will ultimately see them uncover the shocking truth behind the Gloved Hand Killer case.

Lindsey Butterfield may be putting her plans in motion to win back ex Fiancée Joe Roscoe next month. As the family gather to say their final goodbyes to Freddie Lindsey is more than thrilled to hear that Joe thinks girlfriend Mercedes is drinking too much.
However the downside comes when an unexpected Guest arrives at the service with revelations that spark Joe to ask Lindsey to move out, this doesn’t go down well with the Chester Doctor who is said to become desperate to be with Joe again.
