The Healing Power of Song - Roxanna
The Healing Power of Song – Roxanna
We are but a vessel of God’s love for each other. There are those who are blessed with an inherent ability to communicate the healing power of song. An artist who truly embraces that calling is singer/songwriter, Roxanna.
“I believe music can heal. I believe music can soothe. I believe music is the language of the heart and soul. I believe you can spin tragedy into beauty.”

There have always been talented vocalists who kill in the charts and get glory over their music even though they had took no part in writing the song. I have to admit, this often bugs me, but hey, it happened in the Glory Days of music and it will continue to happen.
One of those artists is Demi Lovato and like some artists who don't write majority of their material, she brings her emotions into the song making it her own (even though it's technically original Demi music)
A song that I feel Demi really did well on was Skyscraper, which was released on her 2011 Unbroken album. With all the inner issues that Lovato had while recording, the meaning of the song interconnected with Lovato; which is why there is much emotion. Also, which is why I enjoyed this tune.
The song was written by Toby Gad, Lindy Robbins and Kerli Kõiv (and originally recorded by Kõiv).
We're at it again! Writing more hits with the #Skyscraper team Lindy Robbins and Toby Gad ♥
