Worn this Sunday where it was 115 degrees outside and we attended a garden party held outside. This look is all linen and some of these pieces see a lot of wear, come summertime. This 115-degree weather is consistent summer in and out every year, so when I moved here from the east coast, I had to build a new facet of my wardrobe: warm weather clothing. This blazer was one of my first purchases, which is from the Kei line, from Canali. It's unlined, unstructured and so soft. The color is also very summery with its Pinkish-Plum color. The shirt is one of the newer items in my closet, being an MTO from proper cloth. Great company that has a great shirt product with very few QC issues (from my experience). The pants are from RLPL and are my highest-rise linen pants (clocks in at 13.15 inches high) with side tabs. It's Irish linen (I believe) and drapes beautifully and feels great. The loafers are from Allen Edmonds, and they are my favorite suede tasseled loafers. I am going to purchase a pair of Yanko Belgian loafers here soon and will be able to do a comparison. These are unlined and so soft. They just mold to your feet. The pocket square is from my former local clothier R Douglas in a linen blend. I felt like I was wearing pajamas out there. Warm California chilling right here
