Historically, using a pseudonym to do NSFW art is the standard (and I mean it--Japanese shunga artists didn't use their real names!). If you do frequent NSFW art, especially that which is sexual as opposed to just displaying form, you'll want an alias, and potentially a separate blog for it. Google your name--see if your art page is linked with your alias. If it is, you'll want to choose a distinct name to distance it from you in case you worry about an employer googling you.
