And after 3000 years, I have finally finished working on the first part of the new story I wanted to tell for LinkedLullabies ;;

I am so sorry I struggled so hard with motivation on this ;; Hopefully the next part to this won't take me over a year to draw LOL

Just a small follow-up from the last one, and a little something for connecting any future stories once I tell them (❁´◡`❁)

Kn the LL comic, the menu had SWITCH and STATS present too when GR used FLY. Do those do anything, or wassit just for context / familiarity with the original game ? or a simpler question, what would GR's stats be?

Oh nah the box actually shows up "physically".

SWITCH doesn't do anything, and STATS would cause a new text box to pop up, but all the data and info within it is just scrambled and corrupted text as GR is not a real pokemon, as much as his code got so corrupted his game thinks he's one (hence him being able to use pkmn attacks)

Its almost surreal that the LL comic is done! You left me happily shocked with the end. I'm interested in writing about it, in fact, and I wanna be true to the lore, so I'm asking the burning question—what would have happened had Grey's code gotten too corrupted? If Glitchy Red had found him too late?

AAAA tbh I'm still taking in the fact that I finished that comic myself haha. It's not like I'm done working on LL stuff, far from it in fact, but having been able to stick to a comic for that long and actually bring it to a close despite all the clean up is a huge milestone for me.

Uuuuuh anyways, your question. First of all, I'm scared for what you're intending in cooking up ksdfgjns (joking of course, go ham my dude). Second of all, oh man... I would say that his body would almost get disintegrated by how much the corruption would have disrupted his body.

The remains of his body would be barely kept together by his soul. He would lose his voice. He wouldn't be able to hear anything if only muffled noises. He could barely see anything. He would barely feel anything.

In that state, he would probably still be salvaged and mostly restored if returned to his game, but it would take a very long time to even bring him back to the "living", if that makes sense.

And if he loses his body completely while being in GR's game... well... his soul is not compatible with that game's code, so it wouldn't be able to persist for long...

In short, lots of pain.

I do have to say that this may change in the future, I didn't really thought much at what would happen in detail back when I worked through the comic, so some elements could change as I refine the idea. But yeah for now it's this.
