To "dispose" of deathsaurus, shockwave transformed him into a horrible mutant monster, attempting to use him as a testbed for various experiments he acidentally gave him the ability to forcefully absorb and partially merge with others in a violent manner
Deathsaurus was a caretaker at his core, he put the breast force together to protect and provide for the decepticons non combatant families, however, the harsh world of eukaris Forged them all to be on par with of the most elite decepticon warriors out there, combined with their use of the breast animals, they attracted shockwave's attention
But for his pourposes shockwave needed total control of the unit, he knew the power he sought resided with their breast animals, so he targeted the only one with two of them, who just so happened to also be their leader
Within captivity shockwave enacted numerous atrocities upon deathsaurus merging him with his two breast animals following data he retrieved from the moons of quintessa on the process to create some sort of "ultimate power" the results weren't what he was expecting however, and the process turned deathsaurus feral
