I had a thought about something If we ever encounter aliens and they look similar to dogs and they just so happened to of domesticated a species of ape like animals What’s your thoughts on how people would react?

at least some people would DEFINITELY go there’s a God out there with a sense of humor

taking advantage of natural behaviors in predatory insects ?… hmmm

it was a idle thought at first born from a likely aphid infestation in my basil plant (ugh) that was alleviated by a house spider (yay good spider for once) but if someone ever found a way to breed spiders in a consistent way they could make some good money selling them to greenhouses and gardeners

expecally if they were to breed the spider species to order

actually any predatory insects could be a boon for organic farming and anyone who figures out how to breed em to order (and more importantly breed native species ) well I think there’s a market in there
