Never let anything hold you back, Snow White had told her. Regina Mills had let everything hold her back from finding happiness. Regina wasn’t sure she deserved happiness, after all she’d done. For the longest time, all she wanted was Henry.

But the moment Snow said those words - and that her heart would find its way to happiness, she thought of one person. Until she’d been reunited with Tinkerbell in Neverland, she’d forgotten all about the man with the lion tattoo.

Now she couldn’t stop thinking of him. Robin Hood was everywhere, and always right when she needed him. When she needed someone to talk to in the forest about her fears about Zelena, he was there. When she needed someone to guard her heart, he was there.

He respected her, seemed to care about her. He looked at her differently - gentlemanly and kind and sweet. Just thinking of him made her smile. He was the one, and somehow she knew she had to see him. She had to stop holding back.

Regina grabbed her coat and walked out to the forest. She paused as she caught sight of him sitting by the fire, and smiled to herself. It was amazing that she could feel so much…even without her heart.
