Liquid Gravity Drama King Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. A nice change of pace with an incredible classic West Coast IPA in style -- massive tropical fruit in the nose alongside orange citrus and just a faint bit of resin. Thinner, bitter body with some sweetness to balance, but on the aggressive and dry side.
Liquid Gravity Panic! At the Beer Aisle Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. A nice hazy IPA that has a bunch of tropical fruit and orange citrus in the nose, and a nice, creamy body behind it. Quite good -- doesn’t blow me away, but delivers a nice, solid hazy IPA.
Liquid Gravity Brewing First Fridays DDH West Coast IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Really bright hop notes on this as you’d expect with something double dry-hopped -- mostly fruity citrus and tropical fruit, although there is some white-wine like presence, too. Lighter body with more fruity sweetness, an a dry, clean finish.
Liquid Gravity West Coast IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. A little bit lighter-bodied and a little bit more tropical than a classic West Coast IPA, but this still has the bright citrus in the nose and a touch of pine in the body, too. Firmly bitter finish, and quite clean and easy-drinking.
Liquid Gravity F*ck Money Get Hops IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Like the others I've had from Liquid Gravity, this has a lighter, easy-drinking body and a wonderful hop profile on top of it. Lots of bright tropical fruit, and a simple, slightly sweet body behind it. Some light bitterness in the finish, and this finishes clean.
Liquid Gravity Mo’ Diggity DDH West Coast IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. It’s clear this is DDH and fresh -- tons of bright orange citrus, passionfruit, and varied other tropical notes. Lighter body and really crisp, dry finish. Maybe a touch of herbal/resin mid-body, and really quite delightful.
Liquid Gravity Flippin’ Out DDH West Coast IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. A nice orange citrus and tropical hop nose on this, and a lighter, easy-drinking body. Decently bitter in the finish, and the lighter body and hop profile work quite well together -- quite refreshing.
Liquid Gravity Miami Heist Hazy DIPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Primarily orange citrus and some stone fruit in the nose. The body has a nice mix of fruity sweetness and relatively aggressive bitterness in a moderately creamy body. This is very good, but it really doesn’t set itself apart from so many others in the style, and the hop profile feels slightly subdued.
