Reminding myself ... if I want to have muscles ever again, I have to eat FOOD! (Dammit)
If you need me, I'm going to be chilling 😌 in my 'being real cool about the everything this year' chambers.
I found a giant-ass spider in my bath. Consequently, I started cleaning the bathroom. Which led to organizing the Rx cabinet, which led to sorting the drawers, which led to sorting out the bins under the sink, which led to vacuuming and cleaning out my entire bedroom and closet, which led to gathering items to take to thrift, which led to cataloging my library, which led to purchasing more books, which led to gathering boxes from work, which led to five rounds of laundry, which led to calling the landlord to schedule a spider spray ... which was what I meant to do in the first place. Meanwhile i haven't accomplished a thing on my to do list from before the week started.

When you wasted an evening you could have been locked the fuck in ... or at least have watched Totoro.

I walked several miles today to the park and back, then still had enough energy when I got home to go and have lunch out, then STILL had enough energy after that to go and get groceries ... and I'm still awake and not crashing and napping after groceries.
Game changing. Eating every meal for 17 days straight ...
I've eaten intentionally for 10 days now.
At least three meals a day, plus a few snacks (I'm trying). I'm not up to my daily caloric recommendation yet (😑), but I'm doing really well for me!
Now i'm actually getting hungry, but like it's a different hungry?? than I've ever had experienced before.
This morning i even went to bite my nails (I always bite my nails), and I couldn't. I just couldn't bite thru them?! They weren't flimsy anymore!!!
