KINTSUGI
“Kintsugi (金継ぎ, "golden joinery"), also known as kintsukuroi (金繕い, "golden repair"),[1] is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. As a philosophy, it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise.”
While I draw more Bronx art, still wanted to share this bc I totally forgot in the past. Kintsugi is the name I gave to this little gang of three — a bit odd since none of them are jp but I just kept thinking about the art of golden repair since I first drew them together so it stuck.
SKY: In summary, the one who sponsors the shenanigans. Appears to be the most collected of the three and is usually there to not-so-accidentally manipulate Bronx into or out of stuff much to Dae-Hyun’s dismay. Still, would give every penny under his name and his dad’s for those two.
BRONX: The chaos to the order. It would be probably too quiet and serious without the Bastard around. He’s the youngest and surprisingly the most in tune with his feelings in a positive way. He always has a funny remark or an empty stomach to bring to his friends’ places.
DAE-HYUN: The voice of reason most of the times. He’s always taking care of the others in every aspect and tends to ground them when they get too far into their heads. Helps Bronx to find the things he loses and gives sound advice to Sky. Acts like the older brother to the other two.
