When James Gunn said once more with feeling. He actually meant every single emotion in the spectrum. EVERY SINGLE ONE.
This gets me every time!
Quill had the pain of seeing 2 parents die in front of him.
Also the fact he turned back into that same little boy with the exact same reaction to Yondu's death is heartbreaking as well as heartwarming - showing how much he truly did care about Yondu and the mark / impact he had on Quill.
And like his walkman with his mom's fav. songs, his Zune has all of Yondu's fav. songs. James Gunn has said the Zune belonged to Yondu and only had songs he liked. Any he didn't like were deleted.
He risks it all to get his walkman back during the prison escape & almost died going back for his Zune during the High Evolutionary ship escape.
While not in the way she thought, Meredith was right. Peter's father did in fact come for him. But it was Yondu. Not Ego.

I dunno I just feel like Yondu and Tony are both the types of guys to be like "what the hell are you watching?" "You like this?" then proceed to stand in the doorway watching it, asking questions the whole time whilst simultaneously saying "this is so dumb."
I neeedddd to talk about the fact that kraglin looks so sleepy here. He's staring directly at the clerk to make sure he doesn't try anything, but he's also soooo tired looking. Overworked. Underpaid. Forced to be yondus personal bodyguard while he looks at trinkets
