Tehlisso is a Sith through and through, but he was still raised in the Ascendancy and the concepts of honor and fairness have not entirely left him. He will give his foes chances to back out while baiting their anger and pride, and then he’ll cut them down. His losses are few, and he relies on his strength and his inherent skill with the Force, while holding back for the most part. He’s aware that at all times, he is being observed, and does not want the entirety of the galaxy to know his true skills. The only times he’s actually been pushed to his limits were in the fights with the Zakuul royalty, much to his chagrin. He is definitely an elegant fighter, and Quinn has likened his style to dancing, much to his Lord’s amusement.
Luci’do is at all times keenly aware that being Force sensitive is an advantage he cannot share. His rage is powerful enough, at times, to utilize the Sith force choke and to mask his presence, but beyond that, he is rather limited to his blaster and his precious vibroknives. With that in mind, he prefers to slip in and out of stealth and take people unaware. A drawn out fight is a lost fight for him. He needs to get the first strike and, preferably, end things there. Against Force users, he’s at a remarkable disadvantage. While he can hide his presence from them and get first blood, they’re usually skilled enough to push him to his limits. It’s remarkable that he survived long enough to reach the Throne.
