I wasn’t going to look up the exact answers to my summer hw but I couldn’t figure it out so I was like “screw this at least I read the books”
except n othing came up except people discussing how it fits school-age people
so I read it bc I was like “maybe it fits the audience”
BUT it jumpstarted my brain and I figured out how to answer the question
honestly idk if this is allowed but like I’m not even using their exact ideas so does it matter
also I hate this teacher already she gave us twenty questions and told us we could make our own but had to answer at least half of the questions she gave us in paragraphs
but she doesn’t tell us what our own questions should involve
what is the standard for a self-generated question???
and then at least three of the questions ask basically the same thing and
also twenty paragraphs when some of the questions can be answered in like two??
also why is “minimum of _ sentences” a thing there is a thing called varying sentence length
my friend was actually like “lol this is so short” to my simple sentences that were like normal sentence length for her/a lot of people
but they only look short bc most of my sentences have two clauses and in general I avoid simple sentences bc they look so awkward next to my other sentences
anyways there was this one sentences and I wrote like four lines for it but it was only two sentences because my clauses were all put together
it doesn’t really matter bc those answers were really short and lacked a lot of support anyways but
also I have like two weeks left to read three hundred pages and write four essay responses four APUSH
also pissed bc when we were registering for classes they didn’t mention a thing about APUSH summer hw and I only heard about it bc one of my friends complained about it and then she was like “you wanna get it with me” and I was like what summer homework
plus we had to buy our own textbooks for it which sucked a lot (I’m pretty sure it was at least like thirty dollars for the textbook + book for summer work which totally sucks)
haha imagine me in college
but i think I’m going to like this teacher bc his summer hw thing was really put together
like for textbooks he specified the edition and publisher and also told us places we could get it which was s u p e r helpful
(last year we were told to get “the abridged version of Count of Monte Cristo” except there are like five translations and my version actually cut out an arc and I am 100% still bitter)
unfortunately it’s still three hundred pages of reading and I’m not :) hyped :)
