IMPORTANT QUESTION for Post Mortem AU

So I’ve been thinking and, on the one hand, it feels like a real shame to leave Helen/Ankhesenamun & Kitty/the Invisible Woman out of the AU. I started work on it before I watched their films & ended up really liking them, and now I’m not sure what to do. On the one hand, the cast is already big, and there’s definitely some cons for each of them (Helen would come with a LOT of baggage and I’d have to do a ton of historical research, while Kitty has the unique hurdle of no one knowing who the fuck she is). This wouldn’t be my first time shaking up the main cast (the AU was initially conceived with Christine Daae as a main character before I replaced her with Kay). But I’m conflicted.

How do I go about this?

Do I:

Continue to leave them out

Figure out a way to include them both

Only put in one (explain which one & why if you pick this)

Write some kind of follow-up and include them in that

Add them but put them in the supporting cast

Other ideas?
