A goal without a plan is just a wish ya know?! ✍️ Let’s create a plan and I’ll help you design an amazing week: - take out your planner/pen and/or your phone. - make a list for the week, 2 columns: TO DO and TO BUY. Write down everything on your mind and keep this list accessible throughout the week (this list does not live in my planner, it’s a separate legal pad). - plan your dinners: what nights will you be home?which nights will you be out? - to plan your actual meals, start by choosing 2 main veggies per meal that sound yummy and head over to Pinterest for recipes. - choose a few other easy meals for breakfast, lunches and snacks. - create your grocery list and schedule when you’ll shop. - plan your workouts and share your times/dates with someone for accountability. - write in your work hours. - block off some time on your days off for meal prep. - block off some hours for self care (reading, bath, massage). - determine how many hours of sleep you need and schedule your bed times. - identify some AM days/times for mediation. - depending on your energy/workload, set up dinner or coffee or drinks with a friend. - if you’re in a relationship, schedule a date night or quality time. - if you have a pet make sure to schedule in some beach walks or hikes (hiking, barf lol). - make a list for the week, 2 columns: TO DO and TO BUY.
