Hiya lovebugs, I'm Lolita Marie Clark. I'm currently sixteen years old and I guess you'd say I'm a geek .
Four personality traits you have.
Shy → A lot of my friends tell me I'm shy and I don't really say much when I first meet people.
Intelligent → I'm not sure about this one. I guess I am. And by intelligent, I obviously mean academically.
Unconfident → Yeah, this is kind of self-explanatory, but I guess I just have fairly low self-esteem. I mean, not that low, but, you know, I just don't have a lot of faith in myself.
Average → Um, I guess I'm pretty average. Like, there's nothing about me that makes me any more special than the next person.
Describe yourself in one word:
Diffident
How would you describe your personality?
There's not really much to say. I, uh, I guess I'm quite shy around people I don't know. Maybe not shy, exactly, but I'm certainly not talkative. A lot of people say I'm the biggest pushover they've ever met, which is probably true. I have a hard time saying no to people, I mean, unless they really piss me off - pardon my french. Everyone says I'm a people pleaser, to. I mean, maybe I am, I'm not really sure. I don't like people being mad at me and I try to keep everyone happy, so. I've always been, um, like, smart, I guess you'd say. Guess I inherited that trait from my father. I skipped freshman year because it was too, er, easy. I'm not very decisive, which I think a lot of people find kinda annoying. I just can't make up my mind about things. Overall, I'm pretty average. I'm not anything special, I kind of just blend in, which I like.
How did you grow up, and what is your family like?
Not many people know this about me, but I was actually born in Mykonos, Greece. My mother is from there and she wanted to raise her children there. We moved to Florida when I was four because of my father's job. Greece is honestly such a gorgeous place, it's culture is simply astounding. Every year we go back there to visit family and friends, I love it. I'd like to raise my own kids there, but I don't know if that'd be possible - we'll see.
I grew up very comfortably. I don't want to sound like I'm bragging, but it's no secret that my family has a lot of money, a lot of it from a diamond mining business my Grandfather owns in South Africa, where he's from. My father is a lawyer, he owns a large law firm and my mother -. Well, my father says she doesn't work, he says if you don't work in an office, you aren't really working, but my mother says being a housewife and a world-famous fitness and nutrition expert is work. Either way, she doesn't do all that much, mostly just plans extravagant dinner parties or goes to charity polo matches.
I have five siblings, three sisters and two brothers. That's six kids in total, five of them under the same roof. My house can get kind of crazy at times, but I honestly wouldn't have it any other way - I love my siblings with all my heart. The eldest of us Clark children is Ethan, and he's twenty one. Right now he's living in California with his girlfriend, Sophie, because he's attending Berkeley. Nobody really understands how he got in there, Ethan isn't exactly the brightest button in the box - I guess they needed more football players, as he's there on a football scholarship. After Ethan it's Anastasia, who's nineteen. She's pretty much Regina George, you know, typical mean girl. Very egotistical, to put it bluntly. Most people think she's a cold bitch all of the time, but somewhere, deep down, Stassie has a heart. Next it's Ireland, aka Anastasia 2.0. Well, not exactly. Ireland isn't as upfront about her views as Stassie, she's more of a backstabber. She's bubbly and outgoing, and a bit of a dare devil - she's not afraid to get her hands dirty. Don't let her fool you, though, Ireland will make you think she's your friend until she's learnt your darkest secrets at which point you have no choice other than to obey her unless you want them spilled. Right, well, I'm after Ireland, but skipping me, it's Alaia. She's fourteen and kind of, hm, rebellious? Still very girly, but less so than Ireland and Anastasia. It gives me hope that she might be different to them, but then again she'll probably end up just the same. Alaia likes stirring shit up, creating drama, but she can't deal with the consequences, and she needs to learn to. I'd call her a troublemaker, honestly. But she's still a sweetheart. The youngest of the Clark children is Tyler, who's eleven. He's definitely the baby of the family, we all pamper him no end. It's bad, but we can't help it. Tyler's pretty much already a ladies man, charming, you'd say. I can see him being a heartbreaker in high school, even though I'd prefer that he never dated. You know, I don't want him to grow up. Ever. He's my little brother, and I want to protect him from the bad things in this world and I don't want him to have any regrets.
A song that describes you perfectly.
Miserable At Best by Mayday Parade or Never Grow Up by Taylor Swift
How do you feel about yourself?
I'm not really sure. I'm proud of some of my achievements and I guess I'm a nice enough person. I mean, I'm very average, there's nothing particularly special about me - I'm pretty much like every other teenager in Florida, I don't stand out. In school, I'm not popular, so I don't really have anything to say about my 'status.' I'm happy just being left alone to get on with school work, honestly.
