imagine an alien anthropoligist scouring the internet to learn more about us, and they find youtube. they get super excited cause think that youtube would be the ideal place to learn about human society first hand, which it totally would be. but they go in expecting all this knowledge: like videos of amazing inventions and mindblowing human experiences, official NASA videos of tours inside the space station and national geographic videos about the hidden depths of the ocean.

but instead they find

i don't know why but i can very clearly see eddie and richie running off to college together and having a pet duck throughout their 20s. like eddie's walking through the park from class one day and there's just this little baby duckling relentlessly trailing behind him for who knows how long until he takes notice.

Okay I am CRYING over the image of Eddie just walking through the park on his way to lectures or something and these lil ducklings follow him around 🥺🥺🥺🥺 he would just start bringing slices of bread with him and rip it into little pieces and feed the ducks. And he does it all the time and starts being late for class and Richie is like “what is going on why are you late” and then he takes Richie to the park to meet the ducks 😭😭😭😭 this has me in tears wow why is this the cutest image ever
