6 yrs ago this weekend, some cowardly thugs robbed the world of a kind, loving, humane Soul-- #WilleLeeBellJr, more commonly known to #TheSpokenWord world as #WillDaRealOneBell Nothing's been the sane since that night. The #LiteraryCafe closed shortly after Bell's murder. The case long cold. I doubt the cops put much effort into the investigation. Bell was a black man. The numbers of us whites who frequented his establishment were few. Regardless, we loved him as he loved us. His absence is a hole in our lives, periodically soothed by photo memories and #YouTube videos. It is true that #theGoodDieYoung, but as #JackLemmon once said, "Death ends a life, not a relationship." Until we met again, Will, may you #RestInParadise
