So last night, just before bedtime, a leg just snapped entirely off of my bedframe and the places it attached was just completely ruined so I had no way of screwing it back on. The best thing I ever did was deleting every social media from my phone except tumblr. I check my insta dms and Facebook notifs once a week and that’s it. Otherwise, it’s just my weird little niche tumblr. It has improved my mental health more than I ever thought it would (so if you’re looking for a sign to delete your TikTok account for good, this is it).
