What service or font maker did you use to make it with?
To reiterate what I said earlier to barbitone:
It's super easy to use, and you can either print out/scan/hand-write all the letters in OR download a .gif template from the site and write your letters in with a tablet.
You get to preview and test run how your font will look in practice, before actually paying for it.
You don't have to download any software to use it - you just upload the completed template online, and it converts the written characters into a font right on the webpage.
Scanning your writing can turn out a bit lumpy and ink-blotty (well, mine did), but the software on the site cleans it up pretty well!
But yeah - you do have to pay for it; it's $9.95 or, if you want special characters (like accented/umlauted vowels and such), $14.95. (I think it's worth it, though, and I say this as the most miserly person in the universe.)
But yeah! The font I ended up with bolds/italicizes beautifully and looks great in different colors, too. So I really recommend this if you're a comic artist looking to make your own font.
