after reading my character analysis one of my friends asked me why toris would still have scars but feliks doesnt.
thats complicates. we know nations obviously heal, and theres a debate if ivan even caused them by like directly beating the shit out of toris.
if we go by historical standards, especially ww2 which was ,,, obviously a rough time, especially for poland who was d e c i m a t e d. it was rough for lithuania in different ways. however, lithuania has been suffering on and off from russian rule since the 1700's. thats like 300 ish years of his nation being at war, citizens killed, general winter, ivans leaders, and potentially ivans own wrath. it makes sense why he would have scars that remain.
but idk ,,, just some thoughts. it's been awhile since i deep dived into hetalia fandom so this information might not be accurate
