At times we like hot & sweet products. I enjoyed the Fire Bites, their flagship product of Little Bird Kitchen at New York's Hot Sauce in New York City. This has delicious milk, dark or white chocolates mixed with candied jalapeno peppers and sea salt. Also, they make hot and sweet nuts, Fire Walker Trial Mix, Fire Syrup with Jalapeno Simple Syrup. They use local, fresh jalapenos, Begium chocolate, Non-GMO cane sugar, kosher certified and no preservatives. Little Bird Kitchen started as a hobby as a candied orange peel.
