A ideia para essa tirinha surgiu quando a jornalista Gabriela Franco mencionou que queria abrir uma lojinha chamada "Delícias da Bruxa" para vender seus produtos.

Imaginei a lojinha (e a Mari deu vida a ela de uma forma graciosa) como se fosse uma saudosa lembrança da Bruxinha Glacia, que lhe apareceu em sonho, e assim aproveitei para prestar homenagem ao Little Nemo, do Winsor McCay.

Her work is every bit as much a call to action and contemplation as the poetry of young Amanda Gorman and equally liberating. I remember these characters fondly and I think of the Little Nemo franchise with cherished history. I wanted to give these characters a little more color and perhaps up their cuteness factor, lol. Wouldn’t they make great stuffed toys?
