Little/middle bart isnt into sucking his thumb but Tim is. Gently guiding the digit between Bart lips as he complains that he's too big. Petting his hair softly as his boy frowns around the thumb, begging even though his mouth is dry and his heart is pounding in his throat, "Just for daddy please?"

Bart makes a fuss the first few times, and Tim feels a shameful rush go through him when Bart glowers cutely around the thumb in his mouth, spit-wet pink lips pillowed and pouting. He gets used to it over time though, learns to even crave it, mouth opening automatically and thumb being sucked in whenever he climbs into Tim's lap.
