Fishing Report 5.11.19

Fishing conditions: Good

Water condition: Stained

Water flow: Medium

Water temp at midday: 53 degrees F

We are seeing lots of caddis! Bump twitch caddis emergers with dry fly opportunities.

The rain amounts have been unbelievable for our area. They continue to hold water back trying to get the White River down through farm country. We should have flows all summer. This should make for some really great fishing!

Visibility: 40 inches

Water temp at midday: 52 degrees F

Water condition: stained

Soaking up the last days of summer! 

I can’t believe we are already here with fall just around the corner. Foggy mornings on the river have been spectacular! 

Little Red Fishing Report 8.8.18

Fishing conditions: Good

Water temp at midday: 57 degrees F

Visibility: 50 inches

During week days, they've been running an optimal amount of water for boat fishing with weekends being a little lower. Come on over to catch some fish and hang in the cool water. We just had a rain event, which temporarily will make sections of the river off color. Generation will flush this through. Flow: low to medium

Visibility: 36 inches

Water temp at midday: 61 degrees F

Tip of the week: During the next few days while the river clears, try darker colors.

The daily blasts of 2 full units are picking up lots of worms, spiders, beetles and other terrestrials. Don't be scared to play at the banks!
