SOLACE was what she sought, finding the abandoned bathroom to be the best place. Given how she had to enhance her hearing to weave between the mass of students, at times it could become OVERWHELMING. But here, there was silence save for Moaning Myrtle who was shockingly absent; perhaps she was in the pipes again. No need for charms, the spell wearing off her ears as fingers danced along the porcelain sink, cool to the touch. It was her getaway, a chance to be alone. Though the Ravenclaw girl did her best to be INDEPENDENT, to pull away from the pity some would give her, there were also times she needed to be alone, to break away from the masses and facade of being an ORDINARY with.

Even without her hearing enhanced for the moment, she picked up on the footsteps entering. Or, at least, she could have SWORN she heard them.  ❝  Hello? ❞ Cicely called. She turned in the direction of the sound, milky eyes almost attempting to SEE the source, perhaps a person, but, alas, there was still only DARKNESS in her vision. It wasn’t often someone else was there. Perhaps a time or two, others had wandered in while she sought escape but it was a rarity.  ❝  Is someone there?  ❞

“Too difficult? Please!” She scoffed, sending him a small glare for insulting her intellect. “You don’t actually believe Divination requires any magical skill whatsoever? I bet half of her students’ homework is made up of make-believe dreams and fanciful thoughts...” At least that’s what she caught Ron and Harry doing one night, but she could hardly blame them. Divination, taught by Professor Trelawney, was a very wooly subject.

👫 Do they display affection in public? What about in private?

       This probably isn’t a shock to most but Teague isn’t very big displays of public affection. He finds it unnecessary and especially ridicules looking when it involves heavy petting and kissing. By nature, he’s a very private person and isn’t comfortable displaying any kind of, what he sees as “”vulnerability“”, in a public area with a lot of strangers. Although, if he’s in a more familiar setting he’ll be a bit more relaxed about it. Any affection shown in public is very non-obtrusive. He won’t do it often, but if he does show PDA he’ll do small things like holding his partner’s hand, touching their shoulder, brushing their hair out of their eyes, and so on. For him, it’s the softer, more subtle actions that mean something so if/when he does it is a good indication of his feelings of trust towards that individual.

       He’s far more comfortable displaying affection in private. Because he’s both touch-starved and touch averse it can take him a long time to build up to it, but he can be incredibly affectionate with his partner. He’s much more comfortable showing than telling so while there aren’t many verbal declarations of love even private he is very physically affectionate. He’ll still do smaller things like light touches and such but he’s also very cuddly making it just as likely that he’ll lie his head in your lap or snuggle with you.

          “what you looking at, malfoy?” he wasn’t really in the mood to have a fight right now, he just wanted to go back to his dorm and get some shut eye, but seeing as though his path was blocked, there was no way he could avoid the other.
