Natalie's piece 'Easy Rider' (2014) was a One to one durational/intimate performance with audience members. Performed at Little Wolf Parade, Vintage Warehouse, Nottingham, UK. Her space was up two flights of stairs, in a secret derelict room. She sat with each audience member, strong eye contact, soft drapery around her flesh & whipped her back where angel wings could be. Poetic, feminist, cathartic linking with Christian iconography & presence <3 Beautiful work on the female body expectations, on suffering, history of body & sexuality.
