2. if you could request more of a certain kind of fic, what would it be?
i am always gunning for more au’s with magic! not just hp au’s (those are awesome) but literally anything else with magic. i literally wrote my own superhero au because i wanted to read one. similarly, anything with an absurd premise featuring magic (i.e. character a can read minds for one day; a character time travels one time and sees lots of things; etc etc) is so fun and i love realism in fics but, like, it’s fanfiction. give me all sorts of fun, wild premises i will be here for all of them.
8. talk about the ships you read
ohhhh my gosh okay i used to read 90% ziam but i’ve broadened my horizons and now i read loads of pairings. i’ll stick to just 1d fandom, but just in the last month or so i’ve read ziam, hl, zouis, lirry, lilo, ziall, zarry, ot5, and niam (all of those as the main pairings, with various side pairings). multishipping has its perks, folks.
13. what type of au’s are your favorite? give a general description.
aside from magic/power au’s, i’m a sucker for uni au’s where they don’t go to class, au’s where they have jobs together, reality show au’s (hello the survivor au i just recc’d which was SO GOOD), and anything that lets me have ot5.
16. name a fic that made you cry (or at least come close).
i already did, but i’ll give you a few more because i love reading fics that make me cry: live through this and you won’t look back, one of my all time favorites; SLEEPLESS NIGHT[S], which is just inherently sad but very well written and i never see it recc’d; pick it up, pick it all up (and start again) which hurt me!! but i loved it!!.
20. what’s the weirdest fic you’ve ever read? describe it.
one direction as eggs. nick grimshaw was there. i don’t even know, man.
28. who are your favorite fic authors?

34. name a common type of fic that you cannot stand.
smut w/ no plot, but that’s just personal preference. uh, aside from that i wouldn’t say i can’t stand high school au’s, but i generally try to avoid them, idk. they don’t really interest me much.
41. name a fic that has a perfect ending.
things have gotten closer to the sun - i was half-bawling by the end of it and it was so beautiful; alternatively: Outwit, Outplay, Outlast, which deserves all of the accolades I can give it and the ending was, well, perfect.
