Darn straight. They would both have gotten longer runs in this scenario. After Colin’s, of course. This runs up a lot of seasons but that can be handled in imaginary land by not having the show have hiatuses.

The last 10 or so followers I have got have been spam porn blogs as well, it’s been getting really uncomfortable, as often the blog names aren’t obviously porn blogs, and then you have to see a preview of their blog, and it is not pleasant

I know what you mean. Never have I regretted that blogs can now have animated headers in their preview more.

That is a good point, I honestly didn’t think of that.

It didn’t occur to me that if I said, “Okay, create a character in the Doctor Who universe to travel with an alternate seventh Doctor and probably lose a grip on their sanity” people would want to play elder gods. Which, with my experience with gaming, it really should have. I can very clearly see someone saying they wanted to play a version of Dr. Nyarlathotep, or arguing that since the Gods of Ragnarok are canonical, they should be a playable race.

Perhaps it should be more of a “discuss the character with the DM directly” sort of thing, because there are always those players who want to try and break the universe.
