Anyways Tommy wants to decorate the vault for Friend because he knows how much it sucks to be deprived of stimulation and to be locked somewhere agaisnt your will. Hence giving a window and a nice door and some decoration despite it being nothing Friend can use.

And

Tommy jumps to the conclusion that Manifold stole the sheep and then put it back just to manipulate him because he’s so used to Dream. Just like that old clip of Tommy telling Tubbo that he can’t show Dream he values something or else Dream will take it from him, he’s so used to it that he assumes everyone against him will act like that.
