HOLY HECK, YOU GUYS. 😮 Okay, I knew @nw_bodybible worked. There’s a reason I post about it so much and incorporate some of it into my classes. IT WORKS. . ➡️ for this week’s fitness test compared to last week. . But this week’s fitness test??? After six hours of sleep and two straight hours just jumping up and down and screaming at the Panic! concert, NO WAY did I expect to up all of my reps by as many as 30 reps sometimes! These differences are after only ONE WEEK of training. . I feel like I have to disclaimer this by putting up a reminder that I teach yoga seven times a week and go to it once or twice, so that’s definitely a factor, too. And I push myself really hard during these workouts, so it’s partly up to you how big your differences can be, but wow. The numbers don’t lie. This program works, and it’s designed to be accessible, practical, and challenging. I am so proud of myself, and so grateful for that YouTube rabbit hole I stumbled down almost a year ago.
