Head Cannon #1: How Aries and Leo met.
Aries was a young Ram spirit and Leo was a young cub. They were around 5 years old, they weren't the spirit of Leo and Aries yet, their parents were. They actually meet when Aries was on the swing set. Leo saw Aries sitting by herself and joined her. Aries was always shy, from the very start. Leo helped her break out from her nervous shell. She knew he would never hurt her.
Ever since that day, they've been inseparable. They've become best friends in a short period of time and they lived pretty close to each other, allowing them to see one another each day. The two spirits had weekly sleepovers, normal hangouts, and always were there for one another when one was sad.
Their parents actually knew each other and worked together well since they had the same master at the time. So having Aries and Leo play together wasn't a problem, nor was having either one over for the sleepover. It was like normal life for them. Every spirit knew they were best friends and never interfered. Ever since, Aries started falling for him little by little.
Then soon, they became the spirits of Aries and Leo and earned the key, and soon had the same master. The two were very happy, until Leo noticed Aries was being abused by their master. He couldn't take it anymore. He had to do something about it. That was when Leo left Aries for 3 year.....
