So I’ve been recently having some down thoughts 💭 . We are made to believe that life should be only good and if we experience some sort of a blockage in our way we for some reason tend to get stuck in there. Of course, it’s easy, it hurts, we remember the things that hurt us much easier than positive impacts. It’s normal, we’re human. I took it upon myself to make it better, because I love myself. I wrote in my diary 5 things that I love about myself. I love it that I choose to see good in everything. I love it that I have a weird laugh that makes people laugh. I love my blue eyes. I love it that I’m open-minded to life. I love it that I’m an empath, so that I can be there for people who need me. What do you love about yourself?
