It wouldn’t be strange to assume Minghao was incapable of loving another human being. He had never shown much interest in the ways of finding himself a partner, nor was he really the type to go out on silly quests for love and affection. But that didn’t mean he had never experienced being in a relationship before.
Although she had grown some years older now, her face was still easily recognisable to the young male and he wouldn’t doubt that the same applied vice versa. The memories they shared weren’t per say bad, but Minghao couldn’t help but think back on them with indifference. An arranged relationship, that was all it had been, a hope to unite two influential families that had eventually fallen to the ground due to the fact that the two shared nothing.
“ 傍晚好艾沙.” His greeting was brief and to the point figuring it would put himself in a bad light to simply pretend he hadn’t seen her. Seriously, what were the odds though? Seoul was incredibly big and the two of them didn’t even attend the same schools or live in the same vicinity as far as he was aware, so to think that she just so happened to visit this particular clothes shop at this particular time was unfathomable. Switching to Korean, he continued. “Have you been good? How is your family faring? It has been a while since I’ve seen your mother.”
