Character Aesthetic: Kit (ATS) 

A wannabe captain, money-obsessed, alcoholic, eighteen year old pirate who seems to have lost his moral compass all together. Strongly believes his soulmate is money. Cares little about anything or anyone else; except maybe Jack, maybe. 

Will do anything for money. Anything. 

Kit appears early on in the novel as the male MC Jack’s closest friend and business partner, if you can call illegal smuggling a business. He’s selfish, sarcastic and always ready for action, when he’s not passed out at a bar or too drunk to be of any use. 

Due to his addictive nature, inability to ever think anything is enough, and obsession with money and materialistic possessions, Kit tries to stay away from gambling dens and illegal betting, having the occasional slip up from time to time.
